Chef prepared food for my brothers 50th Birthday celebration and everything was delicious! He was polite and professional. We had the oxtails, stewed chicken, snapper and jerk chicken and everything was flavorful. Would definitely recommend using him when visiting Montego bay.

I remember the first time I heard about Chef Jordan… I was at my nail tech and she told me about his cream cheese donuts and I was eager to try so I ordered on Hugo. He did not disappoint. His donuts are literally the best. Today I tried his pan seared salmon with creamy garlic mash, seasonal veg, and salsa. It was so delicious. 10/10
